All Duroflame pellet stoves are designed, developed and manufactured at our factory in Bedum. Here, in the far north of the Netherlands, a skilled team of some ten progressive and curious craftsmen take great pleasure in manufacturing the finest designer pellet stoves every day. High-quality from Dutch soil. Meet our stove experts:
The press brake operator
Our press brake operator is the man who bends sheet metal using, you guessed it, a press brake. Through his efforts, the stove’s distinctive shapes emerge: from 2D to 3D.
The welder
Once the right shape has been bent into the material, our welder ensures that the converted sheet metal parts are put together. Welding is a meticulous job that can only be done by true professionals; after all, you don’t want to see any welds in the stove.
The radiator
Once the welder has done his job, the stove has the shape it should have. Our sandblaster treats the steel in our sandblasting cabinet. Sandblasting the metal ensures that the coating adheres.
The sprayer
The sprayer provides the stove with a beautiful coating and is responsible for finishing the stove.
Assembly worker
Last but not least, our assembly staff ensure that the stove is ready for shipment; fully assembled and well-packaged.
Service technician
The service engineer is there to deliver the pellet stove to you, install it and carry out annual maintenance. In addition, the service engineer will be assigned to troubleshoot your pellet stove.
